From its robust resin construction to its meticulously engineered writing experience, every detail has been refined with intention. Reinforced, high-quality resin provides exceptional durability while showcasing rich colour and finishing. Delicately engraved details adorn the grip, cap collar, finials, and clip, finished in gold plating for a satisfying sense of substance in hand. The brass plated grip provides great balance, keeping the weight on the nib, right where you want it to be.

At the heart of the Masque lies a smooth-writing No. 6 steel nib, finished in 24-karat gold plating. Paired with a thoughtfully The Masque offers a writing experience that feels comfortable, controlled, and effortlessly expressive, even through extended writing sessions.

Designed to grow alongside its owner, the Masque features a threaded Jowo-compatible nib housing and includes a standard international converter, allowing writers to explore a range of Ferris Wheel Press nib options from Extra Fine through Double Broad.

Filling/Changing Ink Colours:

• Unscrew the cap and grip to remove the barrel from the grip section and access the converter.
• Fill a new colour by fully submerging the nib and feeder into ink, then draw the ink into your pen but twisting the converter until you’ve reached the top position. Re-assemble grip and barrel.
• To clean, flush the nib by twisting/untwisting the converter until the water runs clear.
• Allow to dry thoroughly.

Notes:

• For heavily saturated inks and darker tones, shimmering or pigmented inks, maintain/use regularly. Flush, clean, and dry nibs thoroughly before long term storage.
• For clogged nibs, you may need to soak the grip/feeder in water overnight.
• Storing pens in an upright position will minimize the occurrence of ink drying in the nib/feeder.
